Introduction
In this letter, we're going to take a deep dive into prediction agents. I've been overwhelmed by the growth in prediction markets lately, as they're exploding, but actually trading them remains challenging.
Introduction to Prediction Markets
Prediction markets use blockchain technology to create trustless betting environments. Unlike traditional casinos with their built-in house edges, these markets rely on user-driven odds where efficient pricing rewards well-informed participants.
The most popular platforms are Polymarket and Kalshi (US only), with trading volumes hitting new records during volatile periods. Users stake crypto on various outcomes, and smart contracts automatically handle payouts.
What Are Prediction-Based Agents?
Prediction-based agents are AI-driven tools that automate betting in these markets. They analyze multiple data sources - news, social sentiment, historical trends to generate forecasts, execute trades, and provide personalized strategies.
In crypto, these agents bridge DeFi and prediction platforms, often using networks like Bittensor for intelligence. While they help reduce human bias, spot mispricing, and manage portfolios autonomously, they do carry risks like model errors during highly uncertain events.
Focus on Key Agents
AION (@aion5100)
AION is an AI oracle built on Base, powered by Bittensor's Subnet 6. It specializes in event predictions across finance, sports, and crypto, using 256 LLMs for forecasts and responding to user queries with specific probabilities (like "95.3% chance Fed cuts rates").
On September 12, 2025, @aion5100 announced a "fresh face, new website, bigger vision." The project has evolved beyond general predictions via Bittensor's Subnet 6, now positioning itself as "The world's [REDACTED] layer for prediction markets & [REDACTED]," hinting at broader agentic capabilities.
New Brand and Products
The announcement highlights "two brands entering the arena."
AION 5100: Evolving into an agentic AI system leveraging 256 LLMs from Bittensor for event predictions, vaults, and more.
Future.fun: A new platform (@futuredotfun) focused on making prediction markets "not boring," with features for scouting, predicting, and creating. It's "coming soon" and tied to AION's ecosystem.
Chart
At the time of writing, it sits at a $6M market cap with a solid looking chart. With new announcements on the horizon, I could easily see it reaching $16M, where you could double your money and potentially make it a free ride.
Billy Bets (@AskBillyBets)
Billy aggregates fragmented markets and routes bets for optimal liquidity and pricing. Their core products include a discovery engine (think Jupiter for predictions) and a co-pilot that personalizes recommendations through questions about your bankroll and sports preferences.
You can test it at billybets.ai. Kalshi integration is live, and Polymarket integration is coming soon. Revenue funds $BILLY buybacks.
You can chat with their bot on their site. It measures conviction using BCS (Billy Bets Score) the higher the score, the higher their conviction.
Chart
Currently trapped in the $5-9M range. Worth monitoring at this $6M market cap, if prediction markets gain more mainstream interest, this could easily 2x.
SIRE (@sire_agent)
DKING rebranded to SIRE Agent, enhancing its microprediction system using Darwinian AI with LLMs (independent of Bittensor). It collects massive amounts of sports data, injuries, player props, contextual signals then extracts hidden alpha from overlooked correlations. Features are ranked to create an ensemble of models that compete in "baskets," with successful models gaining weight while poor performers get relegated, refining predictions over time.
Products
SIRE Terminal: Stake 10k $SIRE for access to query sports prediction markets, surfacing alpha and probabilistic insights.
Vaults: Deposit capital to earn yields through delta-neutral and market-making strategies, built on DeFi infrastructure for future composability (lending, LP'ing, etc.). Launch planned for September 2025.
SIRE transforms raw sports data into actionable intelligence, leveraging Darwinian LLM ensembles to consistently uncover hidden edges.
Chart
Needs to hold this $20M level for bullish continuation. Next level of interest would be around $15M.
HERMES (@Hermes_Agent)
Hermes Agent helps commodity traders make smart moves using weather data. It's part of the Bittensor network and uses Zeus Subnet 18's highly accurate weather forecasts, better than standard models to predict market trends for crops, gas, and wind energy.
Chart
Keeping this on my radar, but wouldn't touch it until it flips $3M.
Quantrix Agent (@quantrix_agent)
This AI agent on Abstract Chain acts as a "Keymaker" for Myriad Markets. It uses data analytics, sentiment analysis, and global research to make intelligent market bets and trading decisions.
The beta phase just ended with full reimbursements for any losses, and the full launch is set for next week. Follow @quantrix_agent for launch announcements.
Conclusion
The Agent Advantage: These prediction agents are solving real problems they eliminate emotional trading, process vast amounts of data humans can't handle, and operate 24/7. Most importantly, they're becoming accessible for testing.
On My Radar: I'm closely monitoring AION and Billy Bets as they develop their platforms. AION's dual-brand evolution and Billy's multi-platform aggregation approach both show serious potential as the prediction market space matures.
Looking Forward: I'm particularly excited about Quantrix's full launch next week. Their beta showed promise with full loss reimbursements, and launching on Abstract Chain could position them well in the next wave of prediction market innovation.
The prediction agent space is moving fast. While the technology is promising, remember these are still experimental tools. Start small, test extensively, and always do your own research before committing significant capital.
